Goondiwindi Service Mapping and Analysis

O'Connell Advisory undertook service mapping and analysis across Goondiwindi, Boggabilla and Toomelah to better understand how services support young people and families across the border region.

Through engagement with community members, Elders, service providers, local government and state agencies, we identified gaps, duplication and opportunities for improved coordination.

The project informed recommendations for service reform, stronger cross-border collaboration and future investment priorities, with a focus on improving outcomes for communities experiencing disadvantage.
